    계리 및 재무분야에서의 기술 솔루션 구축을 위한 프로젝트 팀에 지원합니다. 이 직책은 역동적인 환경에서 열정적으로 분석 능력을 발휘하고 혁신적인 솔루션에 기여하고자 하는 분들에게 적합합니다.

    - 프로젝트 팀과 협력하여 고객 요구사항을 집계하고 효과적인 기술 솔루션의 개발과 프로세스 구현
    - 다양한 소프트웨어 툴을 사용하여 재무 및 계리 솔루션의 구현 지원 (예: Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate)
    - 고객의 애로사항 및 기술 솔루션에 대한 다른 전문가의 조언 이해를 위한 고객 미팅 및 프리젠테이션 참여
    - 이미 개발된 프로세스, 시스템 및 솔루션에 대한 문서 작성 및 유지관리
    - 필요시 수시로 발생하는 업무 지원
    - 데이터 시각화 툴을 사용하여 자동화 워크플로우와 BI 대시보드 구축

    [Roles & Responsibilities]
    Support project teams in building technology solutions for the actuarial and finance domains.
    This position is perfect for individuals eager to apply their analytical skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to innovative solutions.

    - Collaborate with project teams to gather client requirements and develop effective technical solutions and implementation process.
    - Assist in the implementation of financial and actuarial solutions using various software tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate).
    - Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand clients’ pain points, and other expert advice on technical solutions.
    - Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and solutions developed.
    - Assist in ad hoc events as required.
    - Build automation workflows and BI dashboards using data visualization tools.

    [자격요건]
    - 관련 경력 2 년이상
    - 강력한 분석 및 문제 해결 능력
    - 영어로 원활한 문서작성 및 의사소통 가능 (중국어 가능한 분 우대)
    - 새로운 기술이나 툴 및 지식 습득을 즐기는 빠른 학습능력
    - 프로젝트에서 쌓은 코딩(예: VBA, Python, SQL) 경험 있는 분 우대
    - 여러 업무를 동시에 수행하고 업무 우선순위를 효과적으로 결정하는 능력. 그리고 빠르게 변화하는 고성장 환경에서의 업무 경험
    - 주도적으로 업무를 수행하고 합리적인 판단을 내릴 수 있는 능력과 함께 협업을 중시하는 팀 플레이어로서 업무수행 가능한 분
    - 적극적인 자세로 문제 해결을 위해 솔선수범할 수 있는 분
    - 계리, 재무 및 회계 개념에 익숙한 분 우대

    [What are we looking for]
    - Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant experience.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
    - Quick learner who enjoys learning new technologies, tools, or knowledge.
    - Coding experience (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL) gained during coursework or projects is highly preferred.
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with experience in a similar fastpaced, hyper-growth environment.
    - Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgments, while also being a collaborative team player.
    - Proactive attitude and willingness to take the initiative in solving problems.
    - Familiarity with actuarial, finance, or accounting concepts is a plus.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
