    [담당업무]
    ▶ Enterprise Market R&D Materials Developer
    - Material Innovation strategy : Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop the 0-3 year material innovation pipeline, cost transformation and sustainability for EM, to support the EM growth and to meet SBP growth targets.
    - Innovation delivery : Deliver the 0-3 year product innovation pipeline by material innovations to support the strategical growth in key lead markets and adopt & adapt markets. Work with Global SME(Subject Matter Expert) to provide technical leadership and guidance on the Innovation plan.
    - Move fast : Overcome barriers for fast implementation cross markets and formats.
    - Cost transformation and sustainability : Category ownership to optimize raw materials to improve profit as well as to drive product performance. Drive balanced raw material development for sustainability (Fiber/Virgin-Fossil-Fuel-Plastic reduction).

    [필수자격]
    - +3 years of experience in R&D innovation. Professional background in raw materials.
    - Ability to resolve complex problems and translate market observations to business opportunities.
    - Experience in raw materials development to provide innovation solutions and product optimization.
    - Experience in building innovation pathways cost effectively with end user target and growth in mind.
    - Financial and commercial understanding of market dynamics, P&L and how to build and evaluate business cases.
    - Strong capability to make decision and to drive for clear decisions and actions. Analytical and fact-based decision-making skills with strong intuition, be able to “connect the dots” and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
    - Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence across a matrix organization, influencing peers, other functions with credibility and strong business leadership
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex inform
