Search Strategy & Process

We are driven by Client satisfaction. Our in-depth knowledge of the industry enables us to identify our Clients’ needs.

Once the need has been identified, FN is committed to its satisfaction in a timely manner by using both our global network and our local resources.

We are focused on building strong and long-lasting relationships with our Clients. To strengthen our relationship with the Clients we study their organization and structure and become acquainted with their characteristics.

We provide the most innovative & creative services in accordance with strict guidelines to maintain the highest standard of quality.

It is our belief that consultants should seek out candidates directly. If the candidate’s background satisfies our Client’s requirements, we arrange the screening process, which is a private face-to-face interview with the Candidate.

Upon completion of the interview process, we prepare a final list of Candidates for our Client’s consideration.

We believe that this stage is one of the most important stages in the recruitment process and we are proud to have in place, one of the most sophisticated procedures in this field.

Communication

Establishing frequent and effective communication between consultant and client is often the Key to completing a search successfully.

Our rule of thumb is simple: more communication is better than less. The same holds true for the front-end discussion where we are introduced
to the specific issues driving a search.

We are focused on building strong and long-lasting relationships with our Clients. To strengthen our relationship with the Clients we study their organization and structure and become acquainted with their characteristics.

The more we can learn from a Client about its goals, leadership style, expectations and culture,
the more effective we become in recommending a suitable Candidate.

Contract Conditions

1. Fee

  • Junior Management Level
    20% of annual compensation
  • Middle Management Level
    23% of annual compensation
  • General Manager Level
    25% of annual compensation
  • Executive (C suits / local company’s CEO level)
    30% of annual compensation

2. Guarantee period

Guarantee period

- For middle management - 3 months
- For executive & CEO - 6 months

If the candidate recommended by FN resigns voluntarily within the guaranteed period,
FN Executive Search Will replace the Candidate at no additional cost.
