[담당업무] ● Compensation & Benefit Management - In charge of overall monthly payroll related process. - Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. - Budget/Forecast preparation and monthly HR cost reconciliation, accrual closing management, etc. - Participate in salary survey and report detailed analysis with recommendations as required.
● Learning & Development - Lead learning & development operations and conduct training programs. - Support various HR initiatives for organizational development. - Execute employee communications to improve employee engagement.
● Performance Management - Manage and implement performance evaluation systems providing guidance for managers. - Develop performance evaluation systems align with global policy.
● Employee & Labor Relations - Manage and supervise labor union, employee relations, complaint handling and disciplinary committee. - Implement Labor Management Council regularly and follow-up requirements - Manage employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. - Deliver competitive and productive collective/salary bargaining agreement result through effective communication and negotiations.
● HR Policy & Procedure Management - Develop company HR policy and regulations to comply with labor standards act. - Ensures the efficient and effective delivery of the HR services.
● Health and Safety Management - Conduct safety and health training and oversee compliance with safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries. - Manage safety and heath outsourcing agencies to meet legal requirements.
[자격요건] - Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources - MNC(다국적기업) experience is preferred - Demonstrated knowledge and experiences of payroll is must - Strong skills to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints - Self-motivated and passionate about personal and group accomplishment - Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach to business - Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties - Good command of both written & spoken English - Good working attitude and smooth communication skills
