[담당업무] 1) Develop insight on emerging trends, risk, and opportunities in all aspects of the claim process. - With a deep understanding and monitoring of the claims process, identify more efficient alternatives to eliminate unnecessary procedures and create customer-friendly claims processes and procedures to maintain a healthy program. - Exploring new customer behavior patterns through quality monitoring or audit, identifying risks and opportunities, sharing them with stakeholders, and reflecting them in the claims billing process. - Co-chair monthly stakeholder meetings, reporting on key risk operation performance metrics, owning actions and following up on delivery
2) Influencing the adjudicators to adopt company's Risk Management Processes. - Customer-friendly claims processes and procedures must be aligned with stakeholders, so you need stakeholder management skills to convince and engage them as a business partner.
3) Drive best-in-class Risk Mitigation system control - Look for patterned and clustered customer anomalies (biases) and reflect them as new flagging in the Risk Mitigation system to maintain a healthy program. - Validate and continuously modify individual flags to increase reviewers' trust and reliance on the system and drive program efficiency. - Own the Risk Mitigation system by maintaining and monitoring the effectiveness of the rules, making adjustments when necessary
[자격요건] - Bachelor’s degree required; majored in Economics, Statistics, Risk management preferred. - Strong business acumen and communications skills needed to interface with both Executive Management and our Clients (including internal business partnering) - Should over 7 years experiences in work - 4+ years of experience within leading the Projective work, Data analytics, Quality management, Risk management, General insurance, Risk management, telecommunication preferred. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. (Power-BI and other reporting tools a plus). - Experience working in a multi-national, multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and diverse environment. - Experience applying problem-solving skills to complex systems (financial/operational) and associated integrated processes. - Strong time management and organization skills
[우대요건] - Strong ability on a Excel Power-pivot, SQL, or Python - Knowledge on Machine-learning, specifically understanding on Supervised learning or Decision-tree model.
