    [담당업무]
    1. Identify internally/externally technology-based innovations suitable for acceleration towards small scale commercial launches (test launch)
    2. Design and manage fast-tracked R&D projects from an idea to a test launch to rapidly assess potential of tech-based innovations
    3. Train/coach/mentor junior Project Managers within the team

    [자격요건]
    - 5+ years’ experience as Project Manager in Food & Bev companies, with technical exposure (prior exposure to e.g. LEAN startup ways of working desirable, PMP a plus)
    - Technical background preferable (MSc Food Science or related, Food Product Development, Engineering/Manufacturing), non-technical an option
    - Strong cross-functional and stakeholders management skills/experience
    - Globally mobile and willing to do so, prior global exposure a plus
    - Fluency/high proficiency in English mandatory
