[Job Purpose] - The FP&A Analyst will assist with commercial aspects of the business and will be responsible for providing transparency, insight and explaining the story behind the numbers. It is a pivotal role in being responsible for analysing the results and being able to provide information for decision making. - The role will be responsible for not only explaining the key drivers of the historical results but will be key in working with the business to provide forecasts and insight as to where the results are heading and as such providing early indicators. - This role will have exposure to senior executives both locally and globally and will require strong commercial skills and focus. - The role will require an individual, who constantly strives to add value as a partner to the business, looks for continuous improvement, has a customer focused mindset and is a real team player.
[담당업무] - Responsible for monthly closing and forecasting for Operation costs and SG&A. - Supports business teams by providing insight behind performance and KPI’s that support decision making - Leads up management presentations within the business to the executive team, and to regional and corporate head office executives - Assists in providing information and is involved in regular business performance reviews - Participates in the strategic planning process - Preparation of the monthly business “actual vs AOP” and “actual vs KPI” performance reports as part of the 3-day close - Monitoring of Profit and Loss - Liaison with internal departments, regional head office, corporate head office, etc. as required - Assists with commercial aspects of the business such as pricing, market, and competitor analysis - Responsible for the AOP (annual budget) and rolling forecasts - Handle ad hoc projects and analysis including new business opportunities or initiatives - Continuous improvement of processes and systems that lead to value add
1. Experience and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance - CPA or CA (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered) - 2 - 3 year experience in a similar role; 3 - 5 year total relevant work experience - Experience in one or more of the following areas (or combination thereof) 1) FMCG or large pharmaceutical company 2) Telecommunications or Technology industry 3) Insurance / claims industry 4) Manufacturing, Trading and Distribution 5) Logistics - Experience working in a US Multi-national is desirable - Experience in working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and high-volume environment would be favourable
