    [담당업무]
    1.Develop digital marketing strategy for local marketing channels (Naver, Kakao, local app targeting, etc)
    2.Ensure sales targets are achieved and plan/manage the marketing budget accordingly
    3.Optimize ROAS/ROI of advertisement, SEO, Display, paid media etc on all relevant channels
    4.Monitor the performance of each marketing channel, identify the potential, proactively forecast upcoming risk, and come up with the action plan accordingly.
    5.Complete weekly and monthly sales reports accurately & analyze Korea’s market trend/ consumers’ behaviour
    6.Enhance the website content and flow to grow the customer usage, traffic and conversion rate
    7.Improve the localization of e-commerce and enhance customer’s experience on our website. Collaborate closely with business development team, web team, business analytic team, and global marketing team
    8.Manage ad-hoc projects

    [자격요건]
    1.University degree, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, business administration or related disciplines
    2.5+ years of experience in marketing, data analytics, and advertising platforms (Naver, Kakao)
    3.Proficient in Google Analytics is a plus (able to be trained)
    4.Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation
    5.Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simutaneously
    6.Native Korean & Business English is mandatory
    7.Entrepreneurial mindset & self-motivated
