    [담당업무]
    - Assist CRO to implement/enhance operational risk management framework and governance, and carry out operational risk management
    - Lead Operational Risk Committee according to committee charter
    - Lead quarterly RCSA process to generate company and individual function operational risk scorecard
    - Identify, manage, and report loss event and incidence in the company to local and enterprise stakeholders
    - Lead risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting for top and emerging risk and ad hoc risk issue
    - Provide Op Risk training to employees
    - Lead company-wide risk culture campaign to elevate risk culture and reshape risk behavior

    [자격요건]
    - Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to ask the right questions;
    - A broad understanding of risk management and associated risk principles;
    - Ability to form effective relationships;
    - Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to clearly articulate the case for risk strategy/management;
    - Ability to deal with change, contributing to joining up the function locally, regionally and globally;
    - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time;
    - Understand and interpret basic business requirements.
    - Proficient in writing and speaking in both Korean and English
