[외국계생보사] SAA & ALM Specialist  (지원마감)

    [직무의 목적/목표]
    - 일반계정 투자자산의 전략적 자산배분 및 ALM 전략을 수립하고 모델링 수행
    - 해외자산의 FX 전략 수립 및 관리와 신규 투자 기회 발굴 및 집행

    [담당업무]
    - Perform SAA(Strategic Asset Allocation) and ALM(Asset-Liability Management)
    - Develop SAA model and ALM strategy
    - Set-up investment strategy and risk management plans
    - Set-up alternative investment platform suitable for insurance company
    - Set-up FX hedge and management strategy
    - Perform annual business planning and quarterly forecasts
    - Review and implement new investment opportunities including structured products
    - Day-to-day management of FX hedges, cash flows, reporting, etc.
    - Address all regulatory issues related to various investments and insurance company
    - Analysis of traditional & alternative investment opportunities (PEF, Mezzanine debt, Real estate)
    - Collaboration with various HQ team members and support senior officers' portfolio
    management/research
    - Support performance evaluation of external managers

    [경험 / 지식 / 기술 요구 사항]
    - At least 3 years of working experience in SAA & ALM of financial institutions
    - Knowledge of investment governance, structure and process and capital market
    - Demonstrated analytical capabilities to solve financial and strategic issues with financial
    modeling / technical skills
    - Proficient writing skill for various memos for reporting to HQ and investment committee in
    English
    - Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency and enthusiasm both individually and as part of a team

    - Good written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English(preferred)
