The Regional Account Manager (RAM) for Korea will be responsible for driving growth and customer success within the Manufacturing and Mid-Enterprise segments. This role focuses on proactively positioning Trend Micro’s cybersecurity solutions, engaging directly with customers, and working closely with channel partners and global system integrators to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
[핵심업무] - Serve as the primary account lead for assigned Manufacturing and Mid-Enterprise accounts, delivering Trend Micro’s Client Value Proposition. - Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business challenges, IT roadmap, and cybersecurity needs. - Act as a trusted advisor by proposing tailored security strategies and solutions aligned with customers’ goals. - Collaborate with internal teams ? including Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Marketing, and Regional Sales ? to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. - Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies to expand Trend Micro’s footprint in assigned accounts. - Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and deal progression using CRM and account planning tools. - Keep abreast of industry trends, evolving threats, and competitive technologies to strengthen customer conversations. - Be the internal go-to expert on the assigned account portfolio and segment.
[부수적업무] - Represent Trend Micro at relevant industry events, trade shows, and marketing programs focused on the manufacturing and mid-market sectors. - Support the development and execution of localized campaigns that resonate with the manufacturing and mid-enterprise audience. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.
[자격요건] - 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or account management within the IT or cybersecurity industry. - Proven track record of success managing mid-enterprise and/or manufacturing sector clients in Korea. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and industry best practices. - Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with cloud, virtualization, and endpoint security solutions is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
