Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled team leader who can drive all aspects of global
trading expansion. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience with
business development and/or technical development of a live trading system, with a proven
track record of success in planning, building and/or operating trading systems. Our preferred
candidate will also have deep knowledge of market structure for various products such as
ETFs, futures, and options listed on exchanges around the world.
■ 주요업무
- Project Management: Drive global trading strategy through effective project management.
- Development & Deployment: Implement and improve trading systems through a combination
of hands-on involvement and delegation to local development teams.
- Communication & Collaboration: Ensure successful project execution by communicating
effectively at all levels of the global organization.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Foster a culture of innovation and global collaboration and help
recruit exceptional technologists in all regions.
- Quality Assurance: Apply industry best practices to ensure business requirements are met
and long-term competitive edge is maintained.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest advancements in trading technology,
markets and exchanges, and regulatory change
■ 지원자격 및 필요역량
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a trading business.
- In-depth knowledge of trading technology and workflows.
- Passion for building a globally competitive trading business.
- Strong sense of responsibility and strategic decision-making capability.
- Ability to think fast, exercise good judgment, and perform under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required. Visa sponsorship available if needed
