[Role] The Sales role will be responsible for sales of Prophet software solutions and a range of Professional Services associated with Prophet in Korea. This is a quota carrying role. The role is commission earning. Commissions are earned on Software, add-on software and a large range of packaged and bespoke professional and managed services.
-Manage the accounts assigned. -To meet the sales revenue targets and objectives. -Create and execute account plans for users in the assigned territory. -Collaborate with other Sales in the team, build the strong pipeline in the assigned territory and execute the deals in the timely manner. -Work closely with Pre-Sales, Professional Service Team and align with the management group to lead the business in the region.
[Requirements] -The ability to sell, concepts and solutions at senior and C-levels. -Minimum 5 years of sales experience working experience in an enterprise Software vendor environment will be preferred. -To be fluent in Korean (Native) and English.
The below will be the plus if the candidate has; -Experience of working in a team selling environment and in/with virtual teams. -Experience of working with partner organizations -An understanding of the business issues of the life and non-life insurance industry -An understanding of actuarial based Risk Management solutions -Strategic thinking and planning to achieve the sustainable business growth
This Sales Executive role reports to the Senior Director of North Asia Insurance Solution Sales Manager.
