[Job Purpose - Who’s a great match for us?] Managing forward / reverse SCM operation, Loaner phone inventory management, map the process for broken phone operation, managing the relationships with manufacture’s service team and control the used phone suppliers to meet the company's internal / external customers best experience across the country for company, the SCM Repair Manager has the primary responsibility of ensuring the whole the repair operation and process for company mobile phones based on the agreed process. The successful and consistent ability to acquire the internal / external customer’s satisfaction is required, because company is seeking the person to deliver superior customer service. As a leader of repair function, the SCM repair Manager will be responsible for overall repair operations and service vender management (Including operation KPI management), and show direct visibility to the Head of SCM.
[Key Accountabilities] - Create and implement a cost-effective strategy for repair networks - Ensure customer and client service level agreements (SLAs) are delivered against, including complaint management and rectification - Develop and execute the necessary third-party service center partnerships to ensure SLAs are delivered against; negotiating and managing third-party contracts to strict levels - Develop and execute the necessary repair infrastructure including warehouse and local depot footprints as needed - Ensure the overall repair element of the customer experience is in line with company's internal/external customer advocacy and satisfaction - Develop and execute the necessary 3rd party partnerships for handset operation; negotiating and managing third-party contracts to strict levels - Drive continuous improvement in repair cost and quality across all reporting teams with an on-going aim of reducing per unit costs while maximizing key quality metrics - Work cooperatively with DPC(Device protection center) / Finance / Project Management teams to ensure hub operations are successful.
[자격요건] - University degree, or equivalent, in management, engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree desirable - 7 or more years of professional experiences directly related to SCM or repair within a high-tech business at management level, preferably within the handset space; 2 or more managing a business-to-consumer repair operation - Demonstrable experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles - Exceptionally strong working knowledge of the national used phone market, including developing and managing multiple relationships with manufacture service team and service providers during previous professional experiences AND/OR - University degree, or equivalent, in management, engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree desirable - Experience managing external vendors / suppliers’ performance - Experience leading and developing teams in ‘start up’ environment - Exceptionally proactive, self-starter attitude, with a keen attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communications skills - Strong negotiation and influencing skills. - Strong desire to work within a global team, collaborative building and executing strategies, and to leverage the team to build a better business - Fluent in the local national language (Korean) verbal and written, required. English ability would be plus.
